Splash Studio is a coloring app for kids made by Deploy Marketing NWA (Bentonville, Arkansas). The short version: the app collects nothing.
Nothing. Splash Studio has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network connection of any kind. We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information, usage data, device identifiers, or anything else, from children or adults.
Profiles (a name, an emoji, a favorite color, an optional birthday), the pictures you color, and any photo you turn into a coloring page are stored only on your iPad or iPhone, inside the app's own storage. Deleting the app deletes them.
If you tap "Save to Photos", the app asks for add-only permission and writes that one picture to your Photos library. "Magic Photo" uses Apple's system photo picker, which lets you choose a single photo without giving the app access to your library. Sharing uses the standard iOS share sheet; what you share and with whom is entirely your choice.
Splash Studio is designed for children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by the simplest possible means: it does not collect personal information from anyone.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
